Ways You Can Help!

• Planning & New Ideas – Join our committee meetings to brainstorm fresh ideas and help organize event details. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month

• Set-Up Crew (Day Before) – Help set up tents, booths, signs, and more to prepare everything for the big day.

• Event Day Helpers – Assist with parade coordination, activities, booths, or general event logistics.

• Clean-Up Crew (Day After) – Help us leave the event space better than we found it by cleaning up and packing away supplies.
